We work directly with brands, and as the production partner behind the agencies that serve them — running client shoots from boutique projects to full-scale productions. We lead the creative when a brand needs direction, and bring an agency's existing brief to life when the vision is already there. Either way, we direct the shoot and carry the production end to end.
Andre brings five years in film and production, spanning documentaries, music videos and ad campaigns. His time on professional sets includes productions for Netflix and Apple TV, plus national commercials for Adidas, Nike, Porsche and the NFL. That level of set is the standard Oak Lemon is built on.
Lorenzo brings years in strategy-driven content, spanning ad creative, brand films and content systems built around real business goals. His work starts with the story, shapes the message and carries each project beyond a single deliverable. A focused client roster means every production receives his full attention.

Oak Lemon was founded at the end of 2025 by Andre Nagle and Lorenzo Franco — but the experience behind it runs deeper than the name. Before Oak Lemon, Andre spent nearly two years helping build a real estate media company, and before that worked full-time inside a professional production company. Five years in film and production, brought under one roof.
We didn't start Oak Lemon to be another agency. We started it to build something bigger than ourselves — because we know we have a lot to offer the people who trust us, and we want to serve them at the highest caliber. Every relationship we take on, we treat with the respect the client has already earned and the seriousness their work deserves.
