Filming hours
The hours quoted are filming hours, not door-to-door time. Setup and breakdown are on us, so three hours means three hours of shooting.
Shoots roll forward
A quiet month costs nothing. Up to two unused shoots carry into the next month, held for as long as the partnership is running.
