When you submit a booking enquiry, we collect your name, business or agency, email, phone number, and the project or agency details you enter. If you contact us by email or phone, we receive the information you choose to share in that conversation.

Our site may collect basic technical and usage information, such as pages visited, device and browser information, referring pages, and interactions with the site. Where configured, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel help us measure visits and advertising performance. Those services may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. We do not send the contents of your enquiry form to those analytics tools.

If you separately choose to receive texts on our booking form, we may text you about that enquiry, scheduling, or project updates. The general permission to contact you about an enquiry is not a marketing-text subscription. We do not use the booking form to enroll you in promotional texts. We use service providers to operate the site, receive enquiries, schedule calls, and measure site performance. The booking form sends your details to our private enquiry workflow and, when available, a scheduling calendar. Providers receive information needed for their work. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information or share mobile opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

We keep enquiries and client records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, deliver services, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided, subject to information we need to keep for legal or legitimate business reasons. You can also control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of our texts as described in the SMS terms.

Our website is intended for business enquiries, not children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Links and embedded services operated by others have their own privacy practices.
