SMS terms

You can opt in by checking the separate, optional text-message box on our booking form or by explicitly asking us to text you during a conversation. Providing a phone number or agreeing to a response to your enquiry alone does not enroll you in promotional text messages. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.

With your consent, Oak Lemon may send conversational texts about your enquiry, booking or appointment, and active production project. This booking form does not subscribe you to marketing or promotional campaigns.

Message frequency varies with your enquiry or project; there is no fixed number of texts. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Oak Lemon does not charge a separate fee for these messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to a message to opt out of further texts. We may send one confirmation of your request. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at andre@oaklemon.com or (561) 379-2161. You can also ask us by email or phone to stop texting you. Opting out of texts does not cancel a project or prevent necessary communication by other channels.

We use your mobile number and SMS choice to communicate with you and honor your preferences. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your other information.
